Before a Safe transaction runs, validators check it against a rulebook, such as no untrusted code calls or quiet changes to account settings.
If two-thirds agree it is safe, they sign an attestation. A guard on the user's account verifies it onchain before execution.
Owners can still push a blocked transaction through with extra approval after a waiting period, so the network cannot freeze funds.
Validators stake SAFE tokens and holders can delegate to them for rewards, giving the token a security job beyond voting.
