Zugo-cel achieves sustained remission in first SLE patient at month 9 post-infusion
CRISPR reported that the first patient with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) treated with Zugo-cel maintained drug-free DORIS clinical remission through month 9, having been refractory to nine prior therapies. A second SLE patient sustained B cell depletion with a SLEDAI-2K score of 0 through month 2 post-infusion.
- First SLE patient refractory to 9 prior therapies achieved drug-free remission
- Sustained remission maintained through month 9
- Second patient shows sustained B cell depletion
