ZKsync Era launches on mainnet with full EVM compatibility

ZKsync 2.0 (renamed ZKsync Era) opened to all users on mainnet on March 24, 2023, as the first zkEVM available to the public. The release added smart contract support and EVM compatibility, replacing the payments-only ZKsync Lite.
