Wayve raises $1.05B led by SoftBank

Wayve raised a $1.05 billion Series C led by SoftBank, with NVIDIA and Microsoft taking part, to develop embodied-AI products for automated driving based on its end-to-end learned driving software. SoftBank joined Wayve's Board of Directors as part of the transaction.
