Vivani Medical announces Cortigent merger with ClearOne for NASDAQ listing

Vivani Medical announced a merger agreement for its subsidiary Cortigent to combine with Nasdaq-listed ClearOne, Inc. The merged company will be renamed Cortigent Holdings, Inc. and trade under ticker CRGT. Vivani will receive 12.5 million ClearOne shares as consideration and anticipates the transaction to close in October 2026.
