Vertical Aerospace begins piloted transition flight testing of the VX4

Vertical received Permit to Fly approval allowing piloted transition testing of the VX4 to proceed. The approval marks entry into the flight-test phase where the aircraft transitions between hovering on rotors and flying on its wing.
