US Department of War invests $25M in ReElement to speed up output at Marion

The Department of War put $25M into ReElement through its Industrial Base Fund. The money pays for refining equipment, new production lines at the Marion campus and working capital to bring commercial output forward. It came days after the company dropped a separate conditional loan.

• Products named include germanium, gallium, yttrium, gadolinium, dysprosium, terbium, neodymium and praseodymium.
• Purities from about 99.5% to 99.999%.
