Transition Equity Partners commits a $200M equity facility to scale ReElement's Marion refinery

Investor Transition Equity Partners agreed a $200M strategic equity facility for ReElement to expand its Marion, Indiana plant. The site is to process light and heavy rare earths from recycled material and mined concentrates, aimed at supplying US magnet production.

• Facility size: $200M of equity.
• Marion was then expected to exceed 10,000 t a year of refined critical minerals.
• Heavy rare earths are a gap: the US does not produce them at scale.
