US carmaker selects Mobileye EyeQ6 High for standard hands-free highway driving; 19M+ systems expected

An unnamed US-based top-10 automaker chose Mobileye's EyeQ6 High-based Surround ADAS, to be standard across its mainstream and premium models. Mobileye now expects more than 19 million EyeQ6 High Surround systems, including 9 million from this customer on top of the Volkswagen programs. The system enables hands-free, eyes-on driving up to 81 mph in designated areas.
