THINK Surgical secures up to $65M debt facility from Symbiotic Capital to expand TMINI sales

Healthcare lender Symbiotic Capital provided a debt facility of up to $65 million to grow TMINI's commercial reach. CEO Stuart Simpson said that with recent money from existing investors it should fully finance the company to profitability.

  • $25M funded at closing, $15M more on milestones, up to $25M discretionary.
  • Piper Sandler advised THINK on the deal.
  • TMINI compatible with about 70% of the total knee implant market.
