Tempus signs USD 200M deal with AstraZeneca and Pathos to build an oncology foundation model on its data

Tempus agreed multi-year deals with AstraZeneca and Pathos AI to build a large AI model of cancer from Tempus's de-identified clinical and molecular data. Tempus receives USD 200M in data-licensing and model fees, and all three companies will share the finished model for drug discovery.
