Starcloud raises $170M Series A at a $1.1B valuation
Starcloud, which is building data centers in orbit powered by constant sunlight, raised $170 million in Series A at $1.1 billion valuation led by Benchmark and EQT Ventures, bringing total funding to $200 million. Starcloud became Y Combinator's fastest unicorn (17 months after demo day); its Starcloud-1 satellite flew the first H100 GPU in space and trained an AI model in orbit.
