Rigetti completed its merger with the SPAC Supernova Partners Acquisition Company II and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker RGTI on March 2, 2022. The deal made the superconducting-qubit maker a public company with gross proceeds of funding via the SPAC transaction.
