Ribupatide Phase 2 data shows 17.7% mean weight loss at 48 weeks across all doses versus placebo

Kailera reported Phase 2 efficacy data for ribupatide in obesity: mean weight loss of 17.7% versus 2.6% placebo at 48 weeks across all three dose levels. Eighty-eight percent of treated participants achieved at least 5% weight loss, and 44.4% achieved at least 20% weight loss, supporting advancement to Phase 3.
