Prenuvo raises $120M Series B; reaches 110,000 members with FDA-cleared AI body composition analysis

Prenuvo announced $120 million in Series B funding co-led by Forerunner Ventures and Left Lane Capital, with participation from existing backer Felicis. At the same time, the company announced FDA clearance for an AI-powered body composition analysis platform delivering measurements of visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, liver fat, muscle volumes and organ size. Prenuvo had grown to 17 dedicated centers and 110,000+ members, with plans to expand to Europe and Australia.
