NOVONIX and LG Energy Solution sign joint development and investment agreement for synthetic graphite anode

NOVONIX and LG Energy Solution announced a partnership on joint research and development of artificial graphite anode material. LG agreed to invest $30 million in unsecured convertible notes, and the companies committed to a 10-year supply agreement covering up to 50,000 tonnes annually once mass production begins.
