Noble Mobile acquires Helium Mobile service and deploys HeliumOS platform

Noble Mobile, founded in 2025 by Andrew Yang, acquired Helium Mobile in June 2026. The deal makes Noble the first operational customer of Helium's carrier platform, using Helium's infrastructure to serve wireless subscribers across the USA with offload from the Helium Network hotspots.
