NEOM Green Hydrogen Company closes $8.4 billion financing with 23 international banks

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company, the joint venture between ACWA Power, Air Products, and NEOM, closed $8.4 billion in project financing with 23 banks, including $6.1 billion in non-recourse loans. The capital funds construction of the world's largest green hydrogen facility at Oxagon, Saudi Arabia.
