NACS becomes North American standard (SAE J3400); Stellantis Jeep and Dodge models gain Supercharger access
TeslaSupercharger Network / NACS Standard
NACS (Tesla's original North American Charging Standard) was formalized as the SAE J3400 industry standard. Stellantis announced native NACS adoption for 2026+ battery-electric vehicles including Jeep Wagoneer S, Dodge Charger Daytona and 2026 Jeep Recon, gaining access to 28,000+ Tesla Supercharger locations starting early 2026. The connector is more compact than CCS1 while supporting comparable 250 kW charging speeds.
