Micron begins HBM4 volume shipments to NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform

Micron announced volume shipment of HBM4 36GB 12H DRAM in Q1 2026 for NVIDIA Vera Rubin and other hyperscaler platforms, with yields ramping twice as fast as the prior HBM3E generation. All of Micron's 2026 HBM supply was fully allocated before the quarter closed.
