Mazama confirms Ceres 15 MW pilot will deliver first power in 2027, with Taurus 200+ MW project planned for 2028–2030

Mazama Energy disclosed its phased Newberry deployment: Ceres 15 MW pilot demonstrating power in 2027, scaling to Taurus 200+ MW facility (2028–2030). The projects will draw on Newberry's 5+ GW thermal resource and use Mazama's MUSE platform to deliver competitive $52/MWh baseload power.
