May Mobility and NTT start public-road trials of a self-driving e-Palette in Tokyo

NTT Mobility and May Mobility began year-round trials of an e-Palette running May Mobility's driving system at a self-driving test area in Musashino, Tokyo. They aim for Level 4 operation by fiscal 2027 and a nationwide rollout.

• Follows a year of e-Palette trials at NTT's Chofu research site (March 2025 to March 2026).
• Demonstrations at several sites in fiscal 2026; more e-Palettes added to the fleet in fiscal 2027.
