Mantle emerges from stealth with $13M Series A for hybrid metal 3D printing

Mantle announced $13M Series A from Foundation Capital, Hypertherm Ventures, Corazon Capital and others. The hybrid metal additive manufacturing system TrueShape combines extrusion, CNC machining, and sintering to produce precision tool steel parts for injection molding with near-wrought properties.
