Lilac Solutions and Traxys sign 10-year lithium carbonate offtake agreement

Lilac Solutions and Traxys North America announced a binding 10-year offtake agreement where Traxys will purchase 50,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate from Lilac's Great Salt Lake Phase 1 facility, covering 100% of the planned 5,000 tpa production.

• 100% of Phase 1 production contracted before final investment decision
