Lila Sciences agreed to lease about 244,000 square feet at IQHQ's Alewife Park in Cambridge, Massachusetts, taking the top floor of 1 Alewife Park and all of 5 Alewife Park. It was one of the largest lab leases in Greater Boston that year, in a lab market described as flat, and gives room to build out its robotic labs.

• The campus sits near the Alewife Red Line station in North Cambridge.
• Lila had just closed a $350M funding round, after Flagship Pioneering seeded it with $200M.
• Alewife Park is a 26.5-acre former W.R. Grace plant being redeveloped into five lab and office buildings.
