Kyverna Therapeutics completed an upsized IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker KYTX, raising gross proceeds of $319M at $22/share from 14.5M shares. The company is developing CAR-T therapies for autoimmune diseases, with KYV-101 in late-stage trials for stiff person syndrome, myasthenia gravis, and lupus nephritis.
