John Deere says See & Spray covered over 5 million acres in 2025, cutting herbicide use by nearly half

Deere said farmers used See & Spray on more than 5 million acres in 2025, cutting non-residual herbicide use by an average of nearly 50% and saving about 31 million gallons of spray mix. It moved to per-acre pricing ($1 per fallow acre, $5 per in-crop acre) charged only when the system saves spray.
