Intel said its Fab 52 in Arizona was fully operational and set to reach high-volume production on Intel 18A later in 2025. The facility is Intel's fifth high-volume fab at its Ocotillo campus in Chandler and supports the company's foundry business alongside R&D in Oregon and packaging in New Mexico.
