insitro and Bristol Myers Squibb entered a five-year collaboration to find new treatments for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and frontotemporal dementia using insitro's machine-learning platform and patient-derived cell models. insitro received $50 million upfront and is eligible for over $2 billion in milestones plus royalties; BMS runs clinical development.
