HawkEye 360 buys Innovative Signal Analysis and raises $150M to pay for it
HawkEye 360 agreed to buy Innovative Signal Analysis, a Dallas signal-processing firm of about 170 staff, most holding security clearances. ISA's direction-finding and geolocation algorithms complement HawkEye's own method of locating signals with three satellites. A $150 million Series E of equity and debt, co-led by NightDragon and Center15 Capital, funded the deal.
- ISA: Dallas-based, about 170 employees, three decades of US government signals work.
- Adds angle-of-arrival processing, a second way to locate emitters.
- Financing: $150M Series E (equity plus debt from Silicon Valley Bank, Pinegrove and Hercules Capital).
- Deal closed in December 2025, per the later IPO filing.
