Groq raises $640M Series D at a $2.8B valuation led by BlackRock
Groq raised $640 million led by BlackRock at a $2.8 billion valuation, with Cisco, KDDI and Samsung participating. The company planned to deploy over 108,000 LPUs by Q1 2025, and announced Samsung would make its next-generation 4 nm LPU.
