Gotham Greens opened its largest greenhouse at the time in Chicago's Historic Pullman Neighborhood, a 100,000 sq ft facility producing 11 million heads of lettuce annually. The facility doubled the company's Midwest production capacity and positioned it as a major supplier to regional grocers.
