Globus Q2 2026: revenue up 6%, or 9% excluding Nevro, as spinal cord stimulation sales decline

Globus Medical reported second-quarter 2026 sales of $789.6M, up 5.9%, or 9% excluding Nevro. On the earnings call management said Nevro's sales fell 14.3% from a year earlier because trial implant volumes stayed below normal, and named Nevro a downside risk to full-year guidance. The enabling technologies segment, which holds Globus's surgical robots and navigation, fell to $26.1M from $35.2M.
