Globus Medical completes $250M acquisition of Nevro, adding 10 kHz spinal cord stimulation

Globus Medical closed its purchase of Nevro, maker of the HFX 10 kHz spinal cord stimulators, two months after agreeing the deal. Globus paid $5.85 a share in cash, about $250M of equity value, for a company with roughly $408M of 2024 revenue. Globus said the deal opens a $2B market opportunity in chronic pain.
