GlobalFoundries IPO on NASDAQ at $26B valuation

GlobalFoundries went public on the NASDAQ, priced at $47 per share on October 27 and began trading October 28, 2021, valuing the company at $26 billion. Mubadala, the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund, retained a majority stake. The IPO raised $2.6 billion for fab expansion and advanced process development.
