Genentech and BioNTech start IMCODE003, a randomized Phase 2 of autogene cevumeran after pancreatic cancer surgery

IMCODE003 compares autogene cevumeran plus atezolizumab and mFOLFIRINOX with mFOLFIRINOX alone in about 260 patients whose pancreatic tumours were surgically removed. Genentech sponsors it with BioNTech as collaborator; the registry lists primary completion around January 2031.

• Not affected by the August 2026 termination of the colorectal trial.
