Freenome lists on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger, raising about $310M

Freenome completed its merger with Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp. and began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market as FRNM. Gross proceeds were about $310M: roughly $70M from the SPAC trust and a $240M private placement led by Perceptive Advisors and RA Capital. The money funds the colorectal launch and a lung cancer test in its pipeline.
