Edison Scientific signs a deal with Springer Nature to bring 60 Nature Portfolio journals into Kosmos

Edison Scientific, the FutureHouse spin-out, signed a subscription deal with Springer Nature that lets its Kosmos AI scientist read 60 specialist Nature Portfolio journals. Kosmos uses the official published versions, so corrections, editors' notes and retractions are included. The integration is available now to enterprise Kosmos customers.

• Kosmos reads literature, forms and tests hypotheses and designs analyses, from drug-target discovery to clinical development
• Working from the version of record avoids an AI citing a paper that has since been corrected or retracted
• Edison spun out of FutureHouse in 2025 and is backed by $70M from Spark Capital, Triatomic Capital and others
