Ecocem announces first commercial ACT facility at Dunkirk, producing 300,000 tpy of low-carbon cement

Ecocem announced plans to build its first production facility dedicated to ACT at its existing Dunkirk site. The €50 million joint venture with CB Green will produce 300,000 tonnes/year of low-carbon cement with 70% lower CO2 emissions than European average cement. Construction begins early 2025; market delivery targeted for second half 2026.
