CoreWeave lists on Nasdaq at $40 per share

CoreWeave priced its IPO at $40 a share, selling 37.5 million shares, and began trading on Nasdaq on March 28, 2025 under ticker CRWV. It was the first large US listing of an AI cloud provider, a company renting NVIDIA GPUs to AI labs and enterprises.
