Chrome auto browse reaches desktop users in India, its first market outside North America

Google DeepMind/Gemini in Chrome auto browse

Google switched on auto browse for AI Pro and AI Ultra subscribers on desktop Chrome in India, and brought Gemini in Chrome to Android there. Until now both had been limited to North America.

• Auto browse requires a paid Google AI plan.
• Sensitive actions still need manual approval.
• Follows the August US launch on Android.
