Apex raises $200M in growth funding at $2.3B valuation to scale vertical integration

Apex closed a $200 million Series C/D funding round valuing the company at $2.3 billion. The capital will fund vertical integration of component manufacturing, expand Factory One in Los Angeles, and accelerate Nova and Comet platform production to meet growing constellation demand.
