Apex unveils GEO Aries radiation-hardened variant for geostationary orbit

Apex released the GEO Aries satellite bus, a radiation-hardened variant of its standard Aries platform designed for geostationary orbit. At $13.5 million with a 15-month lead time, GEO Aries allows customers to deploy payloads to 36,000 km at a fraction of traditional satellite cost and timeline.
