AMD completes acquisition of ZT Systems for rack-scale design
AMD completed its purchase of ZT Systems, a builder of AI and compute infrastructure for hyperscalers, to design complete rack-scale AI systems around its GPUs, CPUs and networking. AMD later sold ZT's manufacturing business to Sanmina.
