AIFS v2 deployed with data-driven wave and snow forecasts

ECMWF upgraded AIFS to v2, introducing data-driven wave and snow cover forecasts. System now predicts 11 wave variables enabling sea-state forecasting. Snow cover forecasts show better agreement with satellite observations than classical model.
