Agile Robots closes purchase of thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering, renamed Krause Automation
Agile Robots completed its purchase of thyssenkrupp Automation Engineering's business in Europe and North America, first announced in November 2025. The unit, which builds automated production lines, continues as Krause Automation inside Agile.
