A four-laser powder bed fusion system with a 400×400×400 mm build envelope, designed for high-precision serial production of aerospace and automotive metal parts. Each laser operates at 400 W.
In production. The M4 ONYX series is replacing the M 400 line starting Q1 2026.

Metal powder spreads across the platform. Four lasers fuse it, platform drops, new layer applies.
Each 400 W fiber laser creates a focused beam roughly 100 micrometers wide, hot enough to melt the powder without affecting the surrounding material.
Works with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel and super-alloys, making parts for jet engines, landing gear and prosthetics.
