EOS unveils M4 ONYX at Formnext 2025 with six-laser design and 50% higher throughput

EOS introduced the M4 ONYX, a next-generation powder bed fusion system with six 400 W lasers and a 450×450×400 mm build envelope. It delivers 50% higher throughput, 30% lower part costs, and over 90% powder reuse, replacing the M 400 series starting in Q1 2026.
