Scaling humanoid deploymentExpanding humanoid robots beyond this single facility to multiple factories requires addressing manufacturing costs, supply constraints, and worker training.
Real-world task generalizationRobots trained in simulation must adapt to variations in real parts, lighting, and environmental conditions on a live production line.

Speed vs. precision tradeoffHumanoid robots move more slowly than dedicated automation but with greater flexibility. Server assembly requires speed to match current production rates.
Energy efficiencyHumanoid robots consume more energy per task than wheeled automation or purpose-built machinery, affecting factory energy budgets.

Simulation training

Robots learn assembly tasks in NVIDIA's simulation environment before deployment, reducing real-world learning time and errors.

Production tasks

Humanoid robots perform repetitive assembly tasks like inserting cables and moving server components alongside human workers and legacy automation.

Smart factory tools

The factory integrates NVIDIA's Omniverse for planning, Metropolis for quality monitoring, and PhysicsNeMo for thermal analysis of servers.
