How it works

Parallel laser scanning

Up to 32 independent fiber lasers

Each laser scans a portion of the 1530×1530 mm build platform independently, allowing the system to cover the entire area in a single pass per layer.

Precision calibration

Laser alignment and focus control

Farsoon's calibration system tracks and corrects each laser's position and focus in real time, achieving ±0.05 mm accuracy across the full build envelope.

Powder management

Integrated recoating and recycling

The system applies a fresh powder layer after each laser pass and recycles unmelted powder back into the build chamber, minimizing material waste.
